THE 2026 SUMMIT FOCUS

The Art of The Possible

The future will not be shaped by those who simply adapt it will be shaped by those who anticipate, lead, and create what comes next.

As technology accelerates, industries evolve, and traditional career paths give way to new models of leadership and value creation, today's executives are being challenged to think differently about the future they want to build.

The Art of the Possible is an invitation to step beyond today's demands and explore tomorrow's opportunities. Through four curated acts, we'll examine the questions that will define the next decade of leadership:

  • What is changing? (The Emerging Landscape)
  • Who must I become to lead what's next? (The Leadership Imperative)
  • How do I create greater opportunity—for myself and others? (Accelerating Opportunity)
  • What legacy will I leave, and how do I create greater optionality for the future?
    (Legacy & Optionality)

Together, we'll explore the emerging trends reshaping business, the leadership capabilities required to navigate uncertainty, the relationships and partnerships that accelerate growth, and the choices that create enduring impact.

This is more than a leadership summit. It is a forum for executives who are prepared not only to respond to the future—but to shape it. Because the art of the possible isn't about predicting what's next. It's about having the vision and courage to create it.

Voices from the Room

Last Friday, I was thrilled to join a group of women leaders from TD as we took in the inaugural Be Uninterrupted Summit. As one of the new organization's 100 founding members, I've been excited to share the mission and the possibilities of this group with my colleagues and the other hundreds of in-person and virtual attendees across 12 countries.
