Welcome to Be Uninterrupted, where mindfulness, personal growth, and meaningful connection intersect. Our community is more than just a platform—it’s a sanctuary designed to uplift, empower, and unite those committed to well-being and self-discovery. As we journey through summits of collective learning and personal transformation, this space serves as a haven for growth, reflection, and support. This Member Code of Conduct is not merely a set of rules, but a shared commitment to co-create a respectful, safe, and creative environment where we can all thrive together.

  1. Mindful Presence: Show Up with Intention and Respect

At Be Uninterrupted, every interaction—whether online, during events, or through our Be Uninterrupted platform—is an opportunity to practice mindfulness and respect for others. We encourage active participation, compassionate engagement, and thoughtful communication.

  • Be Fully Present: Whether attending live sessions, participating in online discussions, or engaging with resources, we ask that you approach every moment with mindfulness and focus. Your presence enhances the collective experience.
  • Respect Boundaries: Be mindful of personal space, both online and offline. Respect everyone’s time, energy, and mental space by engaging in meaningful, considerate ways.

Let’s co-create an atmosphere where each person can show up as their authentic self, supported by a community that values presence and mindfulness.

  1. Community First: Support Over Self-Promotion

Be Uninterrupted is a community-driven initiative. We prioritize genuine human connection and the advancement of collective well-being. This is not a space for unsolicited promotion, marketing, or sales.

  • No Self-Promotion or Solicitation: Refrain from using the community to promote products, services, or business ventures without prior approval. Be Uninterrupted offers unique opportunities for collaboration, but they must align with the collective vision. Please contact the team if you wish to discuss partnerships at partnerships@beuninterrupted.com. 
  • Give Before You Get: Authentic support and collaboration come from adding value before seeking personal benefit. Offer insights, share resources, and engage with the goal of lifting others, not for personal gain.

If you'd like to promote something aligned with the Be Uninterrupted vision, please contact us for approval before sharing with the community.

  1. Safe Spaces: A Commitment to Mental Health and Inclusion

Mental wellness is our priority. As such, our community is designed to be a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all individuals, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

  • Mental Health First: Our platform offers a safe space for open, judgment-free discussions about mental health, personal and professional growth. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Inclusive and Respectful: We celebrate diversity and encourage everyone to bring their full selves to the table. This includes respecting the experiences, identities, and perspectives of others.

If you feel that any interaction is negatively affecting your mental health or safety, we encourage you to report it to the Be Uninterrupted team immediately at concierge@beuninterrupted.com. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or permanent removal.

DO NOT USE THE BE UNINTERRUPTED PLATFORM FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES OR IF YOU ARE HAVING SUICIDAL THOUGHTS. IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR ARE CONTEMPLATING HARMING YOURSELF OR OTHERS, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USING THE PLATFORM AND CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY OR ATTEND THE EMERGENCY ROOM OF THE NEAREST HOSPITAL OR HEALTH CENTRE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT SELF-TREATMENT BASED ON ANY CONTENT.

  1. Confidentiality: Trust is Our Foundation

Be Uninterrupted is a space where vulnerability, personal experiences, and meaningful conversations take place. The trust that what we share with one another is sacred, and confidentiality is at the core of maintaining that trust.

  • Protect Personal Information: Everything shared within Be Uninterrupted, whether in group sessions, forums, or one-on-one interactions, must remain confidential. This includes personal stories, sensitive discussions, and professional insights.
  • Respect Intellectual Property: Be mindful of proprietary content shared by others, including creative projects, business ideas, or mental health resources. Sharing someone else’s intellectual property without permission is not allowed. Read Terms and Conditions for more details.

Breaking confidentiality can deeply affect trust and well-being. Any breach of this principle could result in immediate removal from the community and legal action if applicable.

  1. Meaningful Engagement: Elevate Conversations

At Be Uninterrupted, we prioritize constructive, thoughtful engagement. Whether you're participating in discussions, offering feedback, or interacting during events, we ask that you do so with an intention to inspire and uplift.

  • Uplifting Conversations Only: Steer away from negativity, criticism, or divisive topics that do not align with the community’s focus on wellness and kindness. Keep debates respectful and centered around solutions.
  • Constructive Feedback: If offering feedback or advice, do so with care and kindness. We grow stronger by helping one another rise, not through judgment or harsh criticism.

This community thrives when we all bring our best, most mindful selves to the table. Let’s work together to keep the energy positive, even in challenging discussions.

  1. Honour Commitments: Show Up for Yourself and Others

Whether attending events, workshops, or sessions within the Be Uninterrupted platform, we expect members to honour their commitments.

  • Attendance Matters: If you RSVP to an event, please attend. If you can no longer make it, notify us 48 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to take your place. Chronic absences without communication may affect your future participation in events.
  • Show Up for Yourself and Others: The collective energy of our gatherings depends on each person’s presence. Be there for yourself, and in doing so, you’ll be there for the community.
  1. Accountability and Compassion: A Path for Growth

We believe in growth through compassion and accountability. If a member violates the code of conduct, our process allows for reflection and course correction, depending on the extent of the breach.

  • First Step (Gentle Reminder): A respectful, private conversation reminding the member of expectations regarding conduct and offering guidance on how to realign with our values.
  • Second Step (Formal Warning): If the behaviour continues, a formal warning will be issued, outlining the consequences of further non-compliance.
  • Final Step (Termination of Membership): In cases of serious or repeated violations, membership will be terminated. 

Note that depending on the offense, immediate removal may occur, and this will be the sole decision of Be Uninterrupted. See Terms and Conditions for more detail.

Our goal is to keep this space safe and nurturing, and we expect every member to rise to the occasion.

  1. Stay Within Legal Boundaries: Ethics and Compliance

While we encourage creativity and deep exploration, we also expect members to stay aligned with applicable laws and ethical standards.

  • Respect the Law: Members are expected to follow all applicable laws, including those related to privacy, intellectual property, and anti-harassment regulations.
  • Intellectual Property: Share only what you have the right to share, and always give credit where it’s due. Don’t misuse copyrighted materials and avoid plagiarism at all costs.

Legal violations will be treated with the utmost seriousness, and any behaviour that endangers the community or breaches legal standards will result in immediate removal.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations: Flow with Grace

We understand that plans change, and we want to ensure a fair and straightforward refund process for events and memberships.

  • Membership Refunds: As Be Uninterrupted shares proprietary information on 150+ interruptions and offers access to other members through our Slack group and Peer Support calls, no refunds will be issued upon purchasing membership.
  • Event Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an event that you registered for, please transfer the ticket to another member and notify Be Uninterrupted at concierge@beuinterrupted.com at least 48 hours in advance. Transfers cannot be made less than 48 hours before an event. Events are non-refundable.

By joining Be Uninterrupted, you’re committing to this Member Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions, and the shared mission of creating a space of mindfulness, connection, and growth. We reserve the right to update this Code, Terms and Conditions, and other policies as our community evolves and continued use of Be Uninterrupted services is deemed to mean acceptance of all policies and requirements for membership.
